Good projects leave clues.

As of August 2026, Groundwork Strategies has completed or is actively working on projects involving regional giving, housing and community needs, zoning and land-use analysis, development readiness in Petersburg, childcare affordability, inclusionary zoning, and Virginia housing investment policy. The work ranges from research and feasibility to funding strategy, regulatory analysis, and project readiness. The work spans both place-based projects and statewide policy questions, giving us a broad view of the systems that shape housing and community development.
